- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I used to be a patient of Dr rommel for 10 years. Now I have two kids who also see him. I trust and love his care. But the front desk leaves much to be desired. Today especially, I made an appointment for 3pm today 2 months ago. I got a call that I personally answered to confirm the appointment a couple days before. I had to take time out of work to make this appointment and when I got there at 2:50pm the girl told me my appointment was at 1:30pm. I was livid expecially after she told me a nurse called but left a voice-mail. I even showed her my phone to prove it false. She kinda just brushed me off when I told her I could even show her the appointment card. Now I have to take time out AGAIN just to take my 4m old to a wellness checkup tomorrow.August 08, 2017by bebopfunk
